Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Pay Rate: $18-$25

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday - Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Job Duties: Responsible for providing a variety of HR services in support of the day-to-day operations and activities. This position will provide accurate and detailed tracking of employees' performance and attendance. Managing requests for time off and leave of absence. In charge of facilitating new hire orientations as requested. This position works closely with all levels of employees within the organization and must demonstrate a high level of trust, confidentiality, good judgment, and collaboration. A little bit of Payroll.  Reports to the HR Manager.

Job Requirements: Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to effectively communicate in English; Bi-lingual Spanish required High School Diploma minimum, college degree desired 3+ Years experience required, with payroll and previous experience in assisting HR with various functions desired Proficient computer skills - Excel & Word (PowerPoint desired) Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM.
